In order to ensure the welding quality and make the products conform to relevant technical standards and service performance, we must strengthen the quality inspection of products. Welding inspection methods are as follows:
1. Destructive inspection: the objects to be inspected during the inspection process, including mechanical property test, chemical analysis and test, metallographic and fracture analysis test.
2. Non destructive inspection: the structure and materials of the inspection object will not be damaged during the inspection process, including appearance inspection, strength test, compactness test and nondestructive testing test.
3. Process inspection: inspection conducted to ensure the correctness of process during product manufacturing, including material weldability test, welding process qualification test, preheating, post heating and post welding treatment inspection.
4. Pressure test: pressure test, also known as pressure test, includes hydraulic or pneumatic test, which is used to assess the overall strength performance, deformation and no leakage of boiler, pressure vessel, pipe and other welding components.
